Why do you require a minimum of two team members on set?
We require at least two team members on set to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality. One focuses on capturing content, while the other manages equipment, lighting, and client coordination. Perfect for headshots or quick updates. Hourly Sessions: Starting at $190/hour, ideal for more extensive shoots with options for studio or on-location within 30 miles. We also offer a few packages with edits, but we prefer to provide clients with a more customized approach, ensuring their session is tailored to their unique needs and vision. Q: What licenses are included with my session? A: All packages come with: Personal Usage License: For private, non-commercial use (e.g., personal social media or keepsakes). Marketing and Promotional License: For business branding materials (e.g., websites, flyers, and social media). Q: What about commercial usage? Payment Options
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We use HoneyBook for invoicing, making it easy for clients to review and pay securely. Q: Do you offer payment plans? A: Yes! Affirm and Klarna to provide flexible payment options. If you’d like to use one of these services, let us know, and we’ll send a specific payment link for your transaction. Q: Are there any additional fees for payments? A: A 4% processing fee will be added to all invoices, except when paying via Zelle, which does not incur processing fees. Q: How do I choose the right payment method? A: During your consultation or invoice review, we’ll provide details on the payment options available so you can select the best fit for your needs.
Photography Policy: Late Arrivals and Cancellations
To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients and maintain the quality of our services, we have established the following policies regarding late arrivals and cancellations: Late Arrivals 15-Minute Grace Period: We understand that unforeseen delays can happen. For this reason, we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Please notify us if you are running late. After the Grace Period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, additional time will be deducted from your session. If the remaining time is insufficient to complete your session, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation (see below). Extended Session Fees: If we are able to extend your session to accommodate lateness, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply, subject to availability. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled session to avoid fees. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a 50% session fee. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel on the day of your session or fail to show up, the full session fee will be charged. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 72 hours in advance. One reschedule is permitted per session without additional fees. Subsequent rescheduling will incur a $50 administrative fee. Weather-Related Cancellations (For Outdoor Shoots) In the case of inclement weather, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no additional charge. We will work with you to find the next available date that suits your schedule. Deposits and Refunds A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your session balance. Refunds are not issued for cancellations; however, the deposit can be applied to a future session if cancellation or rescheduling meets our policy terms.
Video Policy: Late Arrivals, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
To deliver high-quality video services and maintain a smooth workflow for all our clients, we have established the following policies regarding late arrivals, cancellations, and rescheduling: Late Arrivals 15-Minute Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Cancellations made less than 5 days in advance will incur a 50% session fee. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made on the day of your session or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged. Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days in advance. One complimentary reschedule is permitted per session. Additional rescheduling will incur a $75 administrative fee. Weather-Related Cancellations (For Outdoor Shoots) If inclement weather impacts an outdoor video session, we will reschedule at no additional cost. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date. Deposits and Refunds A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the session fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance. Refunds are not available for cancellations, but deposits can be applied to a future session if cancellation or rescheduling adheres to our policy terms. Project Turnaround and Edits Turnaround Time: Project turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the video and will be discussed during your consultation. Standard turnaround begins at 7-10 business days. Revisions: Each video project includes 2 complimentary rounds of edits. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $50 per round. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final cut. Rush Delivery: Rush editing services are available for an additional fee, starting at $250, depending on project size and timeline.
